Woo! I’m thrilled you like my designs and are interested in placing an order. Here’s how in a few easy steps:

 

1. Order a sample pack. It’s not essential but I highly recommend ordering a sample pack from my wedding page. For bespoke orders, please email me direct with your request and we will discuss sample options in detail as part of the bespoke process.

 

2. Email me at hello@claresimpsondesigns.co.uk with details of your order. If you like my style but have a different idea in mind then I can create a new design for you for design fee of £60. Existing designs can be adapted slightly i.e colour change and font changes free of charge. Bigger amendments to existing designs may incur a smaller fee based on the extra work involved.

 

3. I’ll then send you an order form and once complete, an invoice will follow for a 50% non-refundable deposit of your order total to secure your booking. We will also work out a schedule of timings at this stage.

 

4. Details of your order are finalised, proofs signed off and final payment is made.

 

5. Your order is sent to print and finishing touches are done.

Deposit & Payment

 

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure a booking if the order delivery date is more than 4 months away. If it’s less than 4 months the full order amount is required. This full amount will need to clear before I can begin any work on your order. Payment can be made via bank transfer, cheque, cash or debit/credit card via Paypal but please note a 4% charge is added if payment is made via Paypal.

 

Proof Reading

 

Once I have the final details for your wording, I will send your proofs via email. You can make 3 changes to your proofs during the proofing process, but any additional proofs will incur a £10 charge. By signing all documentation, you are agreeing that all documents have been proof read.

Whilst every precaution is taken to ensure all information is correct, it is your final responsibility as a client to check the wording. If proofs are signed off and orders subsequently printed with mistakes, any further work involved to correct the issue(s) will be charged to you, the client. A new timing schedule will also be appointed, especially during busy periods if the corrections are not easily rectifiable.

 

Lead Times

 

Lead times depend on the size of the order. Smaller orders such as 50 save the dates will take approximately two weeks from proof sign off. Larger orders can take up to 4 weeks. On average, the whole process from start to finish for any order can take between 6-8 weeks, but we will work these timings in to your schedule. For any urgent orders, an express fee of £50 is payable.

It is my responsibility to adhere to deadlines to ensure prompt delivery of your order. It is your responsibility to provide necessary information on time in order to stick to the timings outlined at the start of the process. Client delays could result in significant delays of delivery of finished work.

 

Cancellations

 

Once a booking has been confirmed and a deposit has been paid, a refund cannot be given if the order is then cancelled. If you have paid the full amount and cancel an order part the way through, you are liable to pay for all work completed up to that date if it exceeds the deposit amount.

 

Errors, Returns & Damages

 

In the unlikely event that an error has occurred, please notify me as soon as possible by telephone so that the situation can be corrected with immediate effect. Any damages that have occurred during delivery must be reported immediately.

 

Delivery

 

All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail, first class, recorded with insurance. Delivery costs are dependent on the size of your order, but are usually around £10-£15. Sample pack postage costs are £1. International deliveries are sent via DHL International and a delivery cost quote will be given at time of ordering based on DHL worldwide costs. All delivery services are tracked and will require a signature.

All designs and web content that appear on the website of www.claresimpsondesigns.co.uk are strictly covered by copyright which is registered to Clare Simpson and Clare Simpson Designs Ltd. Design plagiarism is not acceptable in any form and designs must not be copied or reproduced without prior agreement. Legal action will be sought should this breach of contract be broken. Copyright is in place for all designs.

 

Data Protection

 

In accordance with the 1998 data protection act, all data collected is solely used by Clare Simpson Designs Ltd and will not be used for any other purpose unless required to do so by law.
